MoreArt is a temporary public art event that invites artists from all disciplines to engage with and investigate within Moreland’s distinctive and often unexplored urban spaces.

Now in its fifth year, the event demonstrates the ability of artists to transform urban environments into vehicles for contemplation and imagination. See the program highlights for more information.

Theme for 2015

The 2015 theme is Participation: Real or imagined, conjured and or discovered, a shrine, a monument, a ritual, a tribute, a custom.

Chris Humphries has created 200 portraits of people who live and work in the City of Moreland. These beautiful portraits have been drawn in books with ink. The work will be on display at the Coburg Library from Sunday October 25th until December 13th. The Library hours are 10-5, Monday to Saturday and Midday to 5 on Sunday’s.  https://instagram.com/chrisjhump/

This exhibition is part of MoreArt 2015 which will be launched at the Mechanics Institute on Sunday 25th from 2.30 – 4.00.   For more information see below.
